Here’s how to make the most of everything inside without getting overwhelmed:

Start with your weekly plan.
Each week you’ll get 7 balanced meals: 1 smoothie, 1 breakfast, and 5 mains. All of them are 15 minutes or less and use 10 ingredients or less to keep things simple. Pick 3 to 4 of the mains to batch cook. These will double as both your lunches and dinners. No more standing in front of the fridge at 5 pm wondering what to eat. You can also select one or two options from the previous week's if you prefer! -

Got an allergy or a food you don’t love? The swap guide will give you quick, simple substitutes so you always have an option that works for you, even if you have allergies. -
Lean on your bonus guides.
The Snack Guide gives you plenty of grab-and-go ideas for when hunger hits between meals.The No-Prep Nutrition Guide shows you my favorite dietitian-approved brands for meals and snacks you can heat in the microwave or toss in the air fryer.
